Investment Fund Oversight Lead

Are you ready to take ownership of independent fund oversight controls in a global asset management environment? We’re looking for a Senior Fund Oversight Specialist in Poland to support oversight of US-domiciled funds and work with senior stakeholders across Europe and the US. In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of independent controls over fund administration and transfer agency processes for US-domiciled funds, including e.g.: NAV calculation, financial statement reviews and regulatory reporting reviews.
• Help fulfil the oversight responsibilities of the governing body by identifying, assessing and escalating operational or regulatory risks.
• Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to review control outcomes, challenge findings and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures, oversight standards and scalable ways of working.
• Support regulatory change management activities and help translate new requirements into practical oversight processes.
