” – We empower families with encouragement and support About the Role: We are seeking dedicated Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children alongside a BCBA, using play-based, evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

What This Role Represents: As a BT/RBT at Odyssey Autism, you will: Own Your Role by delivering high-quality, consistent therapy sessions Defend the Fellowship by supporting your team and collaborating with your BCBA Yearn for Excellence by learning and applying new skills every day Show Up Steadfast by being dependable and present for your clients Yell “You’ve Got This!
” by encouraging and supporting families What You’ll Be Doing: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy using play-based teaching Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and record accurate session data Support a range of behaviors in a structured, supportive environment Collaborate with your BCBA and team to ensure consistent care Schedule: Part-time opportunities (20 hours/week) Monday–Friday between 8:30AM-12:30PM and 12:30 AM – 4:30 PM No evenings or weekends required Paid documentation and admin time built into your schedule Benefits & Perks: Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) 401(k) after 90 days of employment 10 PTO days + 8 paid holidays (including 1 floating holiday) Paid training and ongoing professional development Free CEUs and internal learning opportunities All tools and materials provided Supportive, responsive leadership team Training & Development: Paid RBT certification program (if not already certified) Full support to obtain certification within 90 days Ongoing mentorship from BCBAs Clear pathway into advanced roles (Lead RBT, BCBA Intern, BCBA) Who We’re Looking For: 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Compassion, patience, and energy for working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to actively engage (running, playing, lifting up to 50 lbs) Ability to commit to at least 6 months of consistent availability Why Odyssey Autism: We believe great outcomes start with supported team members.
