BILINGUAL RAPID SERVICE RESPONSE (RSR) CASE WORKER-Full-Time in Southwest Philadelphia, PA

The Case Worker for the Rapid Service Response (RSR) program is accountable to the RSR Supervisor. The Case Worker provides culturally sensitive family preservation services to ensure the safety of family members, empowers adults in the family to properly care for their children, and prevent unnecessary out-of-home placement. Operates with Gemma’s UNITED values and the Gemma Way to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality services in alignment with DHS RSR requirements.
