Spanish Bilingual B2C Lead Management Specialist

NOW HIRING: B2C LEAD MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Campaign: Healthcare & Wellness Best Office Staff is looking for experienced B2C Lead Management Specialists to support a client in the healthcare and wellness industry. We're looking for candidates with previous experience in medical or healthcare-related lead calling who can confidently engage with fresh leads, handle outbound calls, and follow up with prospective patients.

Key Responsibilities

Contact fresh leads generated daily through outbound calls. Follow up with prospective patients and respond to inquiries. Qualify leads and help schedule appointments. Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities. Communicate professionally with potential patients. Make outbound calls Monday to Friday during office hours.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in medical or healthcare-related lead calling . Experience in B2C outbound calling, lead management, or appointment setting. Strong English communication and customer engagement skills. Comfortable handling fresh leads and daily follow-ups. Organized, proactive, and results-driven. Available to work Monday to Friday during office hours.
