Maintenance Manager, Execution & Planning: Lead proactive, data-driven maintenance at a leading frozen pizza manufacturer. Build and improve PM/PdM programs, optimize planning/scheduling, and enhance CMMS accuracy. Develop high-performing maintenance teams, drive KPIs for reliability and OEE, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years manufacturing maintenance leadership, and strong CMMS/KPI experience. Food manufacturing experience preferred.
