Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager – Manufacturing

Palermo's seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives across three Wisconsin manufacturing facilities in Milwaukee, West Milwaukee, and Jefferson. Reporting to the Director of EH&S, you will lead a team of EH&S Specialists and partner with site leaders to foster a proactive zero-injury culture, ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and manage workers compensation programs.

Qualifications

include a bachelor degree in a related field, five plus years of manufacturing EH&S experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel regularly between sites.
