Student Worker - Student Operations Assistant - Fall 2026

Campus Location: Multiple Locations Department: Operations, AC Campus Salary Range: $15.92 per hour Work Hours: 12 - 15 hours per week Brief Job Overview/Summary The Student Operations Assistant supports daily operations at Stockton University’s Atlantic City campus by staffing information desks and assisting students, staff, faculty, and visitors.

This role provides general information, helps maintain a welcoming environment in campus facilities, and assists with campus events and programs as needed. Descriptions of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee various areas of the AC Campus, including but not limited to: John F. Scarpa Academic Center
• Work the information desks, Executive Suite 327 info desk and the Kesselman Hall Fitness Center info desk
• Answer phones, assist guests/students/staff/faculty with any questions they have
• Serve as a host in the building; welcoming, assisting and/or directing guests entering or passing by the information desk
• Report and record unusual incidents, injuries, lost and found, damaged property or emergencies
• Assist with university-wide and other high-profile programs and events, including those scheduled on evenings and weekends
• Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications:
• Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at Stockton University
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and/or weekends. This may include early mornings and late evenings
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to problem solve and work well independently and within a team
