Earn $14.00–$16.00 per hour to start, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour through our attendance incentive when incentive requirements are met. That's an opportunity to earn $16.00–$18.00 per hour when you qualify for the attendance incentive! What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll help deliver the outstanding experience our customers expect from Quality Car Wash. Welcome customers and accurately process orders. Recommend wash options and promote unlimited wash club memberships. Help monitor wash quality and ensure a great customer experience. Keep vacuum stations, customer areas, and the facility clean and organized.

Maintain the appearance of the property and surrounding grounds. Assist with lawn care, winter snow removal, and general site maintenance. Communicate with management and the operations team as needed. Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. What Makes You a Great Fit?
