Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team Document care and observations accurately and timely Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanor Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
