We’re looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. What You’ll Do Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and genuine attitude Deliver knowledgeable, attentive, and engaging service throughout the guest experience Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar Make confident menu and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences Deliver food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with attention to presentation Anticipate guest needs and consistently go above and beyond to create memorable experiences Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction Accurately process payments and operate the POS system efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining environment Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to create seamless service Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift What We’re Looking For 2+ years of serving experience in an upscale, high-volume, or reputable restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality environment Current TABC certification Current Food Handler certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of food and beverage service Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset Professional, dependable, and self-motivated A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
