Your Responsibilities

Greet & Assist Visitors – Provide a warm welcome to residents, families, and guests. Answer & Direct Calls – Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism. Clerical Support – Handle filing, scheduling, and data entry tasks. Coordinate Deliveries & Appointments – Ensure efficient communication within the facility.

Maintain a Professional & Organized Front Desk – Create a positive first impression for all who enter.

Qualifications

Previous Reception or Administrative Experience (Preferred) Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills Ability to Multitask & Stay Organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Basic Office Equipment A Friendly, Professional, & Courteous Attitude If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment , we’d love to hear from you!
