Junior Analyst -Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Advisory

Summary The Analyst plays a vital role in facilitating complex transactions and advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic consulting, capital raising, and business valuation. Working under the mentorship of senior team members, this position focuses on executing high-quality research, performing rigorous financial analysis, and crafting professional client deliverables to ensure the successful completion of engagements.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and market research to support M&A and brokerage transactions. Collaborate on the creation of critical transaction documents, including teasers, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), and investor pitch decks. Execute due diligence procedures and perform detailed industry analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Develop and refine financial models with guidance from experienced team members. Contribute to the formulation of business plans, feasibility studies, and investor readiness packages for funding initiatives. Gather necessary data and perform financial assessments to support business valuation reports. Design and finalize presentations and reports for client distribution.

Ensure meticulous organization of project files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the engagement lifecycle. Execute additional analytical and administrative duties as directed by Engagement Managers and Partners.
