Community Engagement Partner

The Community Engagement Manager II supports Medica’s presence in the community by building relationships with county partners and/or community organizations and local stakeholders. The role helps communicate Medica’s programs, services, and member-focused initiatives and supports engagement activities across assigned service areas.

It contributes to organizational goals by gathering feedback, supporting outreach, and assisting in the coordination of community-based initiatives. This role applies developing decision-making authority and growing subject matter knowledge to enhance community understanding and support member connection to services. Performs other duties as assigned.
