We're looking for an experienced banking professional to join our Deposit Operations team in Gibson City, where your knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will make a difference every day. This isn't your traditional accounting or bookkeeping position. You'll play an important behind-the-scenes role, helping keep our daily banking operations accurate, efficient, and running smoothly. Primary Duties Keep transactions on track by importing, verifying, reviewing, editing, and interfacing incoming ACH files with accuracy. Help resolve issues efficiently by processing incoming cash letters, exception items, and rejected transactions. Maintain accurate account information by uploading new accounts into the core system and balancing various accounts. Support financial accuracy by completing daily investment entries and maintaining reliable financial records. Be a resource to your team by participating in ACH origination and assisting system users with processing needs. Keep essential banking services moving through debit card maintenance and disputes, document imaging, returns, ATM settlements, and other deposit operations and exception processing. Support secure transactions by processing or overseeing wire requests and authorizing transactions within the deposit system.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Hands-on experience with Fiserv/Precision in a banking environment is required. Previous banking operations experience is required, preferably in deposit operations, item processing, or back-office banking. Familiarity with ACH processing, exception items, account balancing, debit card maintenance, and other deposit-related functions.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Effective organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established banking procedures.
