Property Accountant I

The Property Accountant 1 is responsible for all on-property cash handling, deposit preparation, and payment processing activities. This role ensures strict adherence to cash control procedures, accurate recording of receipts, and timely deposit of funds. The position operates independently from revenue audit and accounts receivable functions to maintain proper internal controls.

The position will be cross trained on overseeing revenue validation, group and catering billing, and Accounts Receivable functions for the property, if needed. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
