Northbridge University is seeking a qualified Human Resources (HR) Essentials Instructor to teach courses through its Continuing Education Division. Courses will be delivered 100% online . Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (required) in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration (MBA) with an HR concentration, Management with an HR emphasis, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum of three (3) years of practical professional experience in Human Resources or HR-related operational environments. Professional experience involving one or more of the following areas: Human Resources operations support. Recruitment and onboarding coordination. Employee records management. HR compliance support.
