Operations Trainee

As an Operations Trainee at SharePal, you will learn & execute the forward/reverse operations process effectively and efficiently. The primary responsibilities include: Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders. Coordinate with the Ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly.

Coordinating with customers in case of any order-related issues. Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience. Coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues. Coordinating internal stock audits at the warehouse. Assisting the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports.

Requirements

B.Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization Proficiency with Microsoft Office Good communication skills. English & Hindi Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business Benefits INR 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA negotiable upon final round of interview Medical Insurance of INR 3 lacs
