Marketplace Cook 1

The Marketplace Cook I will help support daily culinary operations within our Marketplace dining venue. In this hands-on role, you’ll prepare and execute high-quality dishes following established recipes and plating standards while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen. You’ll assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen sanitation while collaborating with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of culinary experience, strong knife skills, and knowledge of various cooking techniques. As the Marketplace Cook I, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
