We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Security Guard to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You'll Do

Patrol the community and monitor buildings, grounds, and parking areas to ensure safety and security. Respond to emergencies, incidents, and resident requests in a calm and professional manner. Document security activities, incidents, and observations accurately and completely. Provide exceptional customer service while assisting residents, visitors, and team members.

Support community safety procedures, access control, and emergency response protocols.

About You

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous security, customer service, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
