Software Quality Control Engineer

Lenme is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Software Quality Control Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software products. This role involves end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications, API validation, frontend-automation, and performance testing within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing across web and mobile applications, identifying critical defects and improving functionality, usability, and responsiveness across platforms.
• Perform API testing using Postman, validating request/response accuracy, status codes, and error handling to ensure seamless system integrations.
• Conduct frontend testing, including validating UI/UX flows, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design behavior.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for frontend workflows, including mobile UI automation using tools such as Maestro.
• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans aligned with product requirements and business logic.
• Track, manage, and report defects using tools such as Bitrix, ensuring timely resolution and improved product quality.
• Perform database validation using complex SQL queries to verify data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Design and execute performance testing scenarios (load, stress, spike, endurance testing) to evaluate system scalability and reliability:
• Simulate concurrent users
• Monitor response times, throughput, and error rates
• Identify bottlenecks and performance risks
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to test strategy, requirement analysis, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
• Strong experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Solid understanding of frontend testing and UI validation
• Experience writing automation scripts for frontend-flows (Maestro or similar tools preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Bitrix, Jira, or similar)
