Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer / Food Manufacturing Work Arrangement: On-site Location: Lake Odessa, MI or Mapleton, IL (2 openings) Employment Type: Full Time Engagement Type: Final Interview: Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring two Senior Project Engineers on behalf of our client, a global food and agriculture company, for food manufacturing facilities in Lake Odessa, Michigan, and Mapleton, Illinois.

The role sits within the client's food business, which serves food manufacturers, foodservice customers, and retailers with a broad range of ingredients and branded food products. The Senior Project Engineer plans and coordinates internal capital projects from initiation through completion, delivering them on schedule and within budget.

The client is looking for an engineer from the food industry who has led capital projects above $1 million.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and direct internal capital projects from initiation through completion, within the set timeframe and budget. Execute strategies to develop assigned projects in areas such as agriculture, marketing, or manufacturing. Monitor project progress, assess issues, and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

Review project status and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports. Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects. Drive integration of, and adherence to, corporate and legal requirements in the design and construction of new facilities, processes, equipment, and utilities. Manage third-party resources to deliver project and business results.

Requirements

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Food industry engineering experience, including capital projects valued above $1 million. 4 years of operations experience in environments with challenging environmental health and safety (EHS) aspects. Experience managing third-party resources to deliver business results. Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards.

Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Compensation
