Job Title: RN, Assistant Nurse Manager / Pediatric Work Arrangement: Onsite Location: Baltimore, MD Employment Type: Full Time Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an RN, Assistant Nurse Manager / Pediatric on behalf of our client, a hospital and health system in Baltimore, Maryland. The Assistant Nurse Manager supports the Children's Services Nurse Manager and nursing staff, with a focus on patient outcomes, patient experience, patient throughput, staff engagement, unit operations, fiscal management and change management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Children's Services Nurse Manager in leading daily pediatric unit operations. Drive improvements in patient outcomes, patient experience and patient throughput. Promote staff engagement and support the development of the nursing team. Assist with fiscal management of the unit. Lead and support change management initiatives within Children's Services.

Requirements

Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 3 years of recent nursing experience in Pediatrics/PICU or NICU, including progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting. Active Maryland Registered Nurse license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. S.T.A.B.L.E., NRP and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.

Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
