Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Public Works & Municipal Infrastructure: Halff has an opening for a Civil Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to be a Project Manager on our growing Public Works & Local Infrastructure team based out of our Houston, TX office. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of public works & local infrastructure design experience in the consulting industry or experience working with, or for, public sector clients.

Municipal roadway, drainage, & pedestrian facility design experience. The position requires strong design experience & project manager skills. Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree. Experience working with AutoCAD Civil3D or Micro. Station & managing design & plan production.
