SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary School – Harrow

SEN Teaching Assistant – Harrow Senovo is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a secondary SEN school in Harrow. You will help pupils with a range of additional needs engage successfully in lessons and develop greater confidence and independence. The role

• Support pupils with autism, SEMH needs and EHCP outcomes.
• Assist in lessons and deliver focused individual or small-group support.
• Help pupils regulate, remain engaged and make progress.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider support team.

About you

• School-based SEN experience or strong transferable support experience.
• A calm, proactive and dependable approach.
• Confidence supporting secondary-aged pupils.
• QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £90–£110 per day PAYE. Full-time opportunity. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to complete Senovo’s compliance process, including references and an enhanced child-workforce DBS check. Apply with an up-to-date CV.
