Autism Support Assistant – Tower Hamlets Senovo is recruiting an Autism Support Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Tower Hamlets. You will help pupils with autism and communication needs participate confidently in learning and school life. The role

• Support pupils in lessons, structured activities and transitions.
• Use visual supports, clear language and consistent routines.
• Encourage communication, independence and emotional regulation.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and therapy colleagues.

About you

• Experience supporting autistic children or young people in education, care or community settings.
• Patient, observant and responsive to individual communication needs.
• Reliable with sound safeguarding awareness.
• QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £95–£115 per day PAYE. Full-time opportunity. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to complete Senovo’s compliance process, including references and an enhanced child-workforce DBS check. Apply with an up-to-date CV.
