Systems Engineer - IT Service Management

 Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and softphones  Basic knowledge of servers (AD, DNS, DHCP)  Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence and root cause resolution  Support basic LAN infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)

Responsibilities

 Troubleshoot endpoint OS issues and ensure security compliance  Understanding of IT asset management  Support remote and floor users based on ticket assignments  Knowledge of WVD/AVD, and exposure to Genesys/AWS is an added advantage  Flexible to work in shifts and coordinate across geographies
