Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services.

Document and report customer interactions and feedback. Assist in developing customer engagement strategies. Uphold the company's values and brand image in all customer interactions.
