• Wills Point, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.71Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Manufacturing, Quality Control Inspector Job Summary: Checks the quality of trailers for Big Tex Trailers by conducting tests, monitoring production processes, and identifying malfunctions. Appropriate usage of all required PPE. Collaborates with the plant manufacturing team and operations staff to deliver the highest quality product possible. Tracks quality assessments to ensure the plant output meets expectations daily. Utilizes checklists, standard work, quality standards, engineering standards, and i. Auditor templates to monitor the manufacturing process and report on plant quality KPI’s. Follows product through the entirety of the manufacturing process to ensure each step is completed as intended. Performs detailed inspections of raw materials and final products and confirm they are manufactured to standard. Tracks, records, and maintains quality assurance data. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications: Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40+ pounds. Frequently exposed to outside temperatures and weather.
