Junior Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the day-to-day operations of a direct-to-consumer consumer health business, coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, technology partners, and internal teams. You will help improve supply chain and fulfillment processes so customers receive orders efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to support order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Review operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and manage costs.
• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Use ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Up to two years of full-time professional experience, including experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or internships with practical operational exposure.
• Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics, with experience in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software; exposure to warehouse management systems is helpful.
• Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with supply chain optimization, process improvement, customer support, or customer experience operations is useful.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary range: €40,000 to €60,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
