• Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Saber Building Services is excited to welcome an experienced Custodial Operations Supervisor to our team at an automotive technology facility near the Tower Drive corridor in Troy. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands commercial cleaning operations and knows how to keep a team focused on quality. The Custodial Operations Supervisor will provide day-to-day leadership to custodial employees while helping ensure cleaning standards are consistently met throughout the facility. This role requires someone who can lead by example, address operational needs, and remain actively involved in the success of the account. This is not a desk-only management position. Our operations leaders are working managers who lead from the floor—supporting employees, supervising day-to-day cleaning operations, solving problems, and stepping in alongside their teams when needed. These positions play an integral role in our business , helping us deliver consistent service to our customers while building strong, dependable teams.

Responsibilities
