In 2018, we elevated our emergency services by opening a state-of-the-art facility in Union, allowing us to further strengthen our primary care offerings and continue delivering exceptional care to the pets and families we serve.

He/She works with the hospital leadership as well as Community Veterinary Partners to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and successful financial performance.

The Practice Manager leads by example to motivate and inspire the team to provide excellent experience for our clients and their pets. Practice Manager oversee daily hospital operations, team leadership, client service, and financial performance. This role works closely with hospital leadership and Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) to support an efficient, positive environment and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance. Oversee hospital operations, inventory, equipment, and compliance. Handle client concerns and support marketing and community outreach. Monitor budgets, payroll, expenses, and financial results. Lead and support hospital team members.

Qualifications

4+ years of hospital management experience; emergency or specialty experience preferred. College education and veterinary practice management certification preferred.
