Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Assist in inventory management and food storage
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Skills:
• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. Excellent physical coordination and manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication. Courteous and Guest First attitude. Team player. High energy level; stamina; handles pressure well. Dependable and reliable. Flexible schedule, when necessary. Personal cleanliness.

Able to read and write in English. Able to read recipes and other instructions. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 pounds. Good sense of balance. Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, kneel and bend. Stamina; able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for several hours at a time.
