Maintenance Assistant - Residential Living
Job description
As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our building and grounds in great shape. From fixing small repairs to helping with preventative maintenance, your work will directly contribute to the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents. Maintenance Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist with routine maintenance of the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and grounds. · IT/Cable Systems experience a plus
