We will provide you the tools and ability to be the best you can be! We currently have openings for a Maintenance Assistant. The successful qualified candidate will be part of an incredible team that helps to insure the building structure and appearance is of the highest standard.

Responsibilities

and Duties

• Work as a motivated team member to guarantee the exceptional in maintaining all physical assets of the facility
• Perform regular general service and repair
• Take the initiative to go above and beyond to maintain an extraordinarily facility
• Be friendly in nature and open to meeting new people Qualifications and Skills We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:
• Previous building maintenance experience of 2 years or more
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Some electrical, plumbing, concrete and general carpentry experience
• Shows initiative in daily work
