Inside Sales Representative Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site Guardian Tax is growing our Irvine sales team and looking for driven, confident Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to take their sales career to the next level. This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales position built for professionals who are competitive and goal-oriented.

Your role

is to understand each client’s situation and identify their needs. You’ll present the right solution, overcome objections, and close the sale by helping clients take the next step toward resolving their tax concerns. Paid Sales Training & Support Learn directly from high-preforming sales managers Hands-on training with real call scenarios, proven scripts, and objection handling Ongoing 1v1 coaching and feedback to sharpen your closing skills Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $18/hour, full-time — 40 hours per week 15% commission on every closed deal Commission Potential: $12,000–$17,000+ per month Top Earners: Earning upwards of $260,000 annually Daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives Uncapped Commission: No ceiling.
