Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing of training materials and participant rosters. Training Delivery: Facilitate New Hire Orientation/ Annual Training sessions.

Evaluation and Reporting: Maintain records in ETQ.

What We Are Looking For

2 years of experience supporting the training team, onboarding new employees. Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency in English. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage participants in all areas of training.

Time Management Skills: Plans onboarding based on hiring forecasts and preparing materials well in advance. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training programs and logistics efficiently.
