The Opportunity C5T Corporation is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), a major Department of Defense modernization initiative leveraging SAP S/4HANA to transform transportation, logistics, and enterprise business processes.

The BPR Specialist will analyze existing business processes, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop recommendations for process improvements aligned with SAP capabilities and Department of Defense mission requirements. This position will collaborate with government stakeholders, functional subject matter experts, SAP consultants, technical teams, and program leadership to support the transition from legacy business processes to standardized, efficient, and sustainable SAP-enabled operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business process analysis and reengineering experience, knowledge of SAP enterprise applications, and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into practical process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis and Reengineering Analyze current-state business processes, workflows, policies, and operational procedures. Identify process gaps, redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop future-state business processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities and industry best practices.

Conduct business process assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for standardization and automation. Facilitate process improvement workshops and stakeholder working sessions. Develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance. Support business process transformation initiatives across transportation, logistics, and related enterprise functions.

SAP S/4HANA Business Process Integration Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and technical teams to align business requirements with SAP capabilities. Support SAP fit-to-standard and fit-gap analysis activities. Evaluate the impact of SAP functionality on existing business processes and operational workflows. Assist in identifying process changes necessary to support SAP implementation and integration.

Support cross-functional business process integration involving SAP Transportation Management (TM), Finance, Materials Management, and related modules as applicable. Identify opportunities to leverage SAP standard functionality while minimizing unnecessary customization.

Requirements

Analysis and Documentation Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, business process narratives, and standard operating procedures. Document current-state and future-state business processes. Maintain traceability between business requirements, process improvements, and system capabilities.

Develop business process improvement recommendations and supporting documentation. Assist with the preparation of functional requirements, process design documents, and implementation deliverables. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Work closely with Department of Defense stakeholders, operational personnel, business process owners, and SAP implementation teams.

Facilitate interviews, workshops, and working groups to identify operational requirements and improvement opportunities. Communicate business process changes and recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences. Coordinate with program leadership to ensure process improvements support mission objectives. Support stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout business transformation activities.

Testing, Implementation, and Change Management Support business process validation and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist with developing test scenarios that validate redesigned business processes. Identify potential operational impacts associated with system changes. Support organizational change management, training development, and process adoption activities.

Assist with implementation readiness assessments and transition planning. Monitor process performance and recommend improvements following implementation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Equivalent experience may be considered, subject to contract requirements. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in business process analysis, business process reengineering, enterprise transformation, or SAP-related business process improvement.
