Mortgage Loan Processor Trainee

Country. Place Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor Trainee to help grow our Operations Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. As a Mortgage Loan Processor Trainee, you will collaborate with Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Underwriting, Compliance team and other essential departments.

The Mortgage Loan Processor Trainee will be responsible for performing a detailed review of loan documentation. This includes reviewing the credit application, credit reports, income documentation, asset documentation and any other loan documentation required to render a credit decision. This position is an entry-level lending professional role.
