Bilingual Account Manager

Country. Place Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to help grow our Servicing Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. The Bilingual Account Manager is responsible for communicating with customers directly to provide account resolution options based on their ability and needs.

The Bilingual Account Manager is expected to handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism and ease. The Bilingual Account Manager must represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive exceptional customer experience.
