Automotive Service Manager

Your Leadership Will Make an Impact By: Creating a culture built on accountability, respect, and teamwork. Coaching and mentoring service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Monitoring department performance and using key metrics to drive continuous improvement. Building lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and communication.

Managing workflow, productivity, scheduling, and repair quality to maximize efficiency. Working collaboratively with dealership leadership to achieve department and company goals. The Right Leader Will Bring: Previous experience leading an automotive service department. Strong knowledge of fixed operations, service processes, and performance metrics.

The ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and make sound business decisions. A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
