Finance and Fundraising Officer Summary The Finance and Fundraising Officer plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's fiscal stability and driving resource acquisition. This position entails a comprehensive oversight of financial operations, including strategic budget development, accurate financial reporting, and strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
Beyond internal financial stewardship, the role is critical in identifying and securing funding opportunities to support the organization's mission and long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial activities to ensure organizational solvency and operational efficiency. Develop, monitor, and adjust annual budgets and long-term financial plans to align with strategic goals. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Manage cash flow and fund allocation to optimize resource utilization across departments.
