Systems Specialist

JOB TITLE: Systems Specialist STATUS:  Full-time or Part-time  FLSA: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Manager of IT  SUPERVISES: N/A WORKING HOURS: This is an hourly position that requires availability to support users in a 24x7x365 environment, including holidays and weekends as necessary. SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Manager of IT, provides technical support to users of computer, telephone, audio-video, and office equipment.
