Senior Partnership Executive, Marketing

Build and manage key partnerships, develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow revenue, content and/ or brand results Identify new leads in priority markets and sectors, initiate engagement and negotiate partnerships & deals that contribute to defined metrics Drive negotiations with partners as company contact point to align and represent multiple internal business unit objectives Implement new partners and optimise to achieve and grow target results Manage campaign-specific and overall budget, coordinate campaigns with other various marketing channels within the company Co-create new products and services with partners and the various specialist teams of Shopee Plan, conceptualise and execute promotional/ marketing campaigns while collaborating with partners to ensure successful execution Track and analyse key partner performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partner and internal teams to continually optimise partnership-driven campaigns Represent Shopee on relevant platforms (e.

g. events, conferences, media) towards existing and potential partners of the tech eco-system Manage contract revisions in English with the support of the legal team Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a related field At least two years of relevant work experience Prior experience in startup, VC (Venture Capitalist) and/ or company building context as well as partnership/ business development/ client servicing/ project management is a plus Open and out-going personality, eager to meet new people and companies Excellent negotiation and communication skills Project management is your game; you strive in managing campaigns and keeping projects in line with the outlined budget and timeline Numbers are your friends!
