Responsibilities Include

Perform high-quality diagnostic and repair work on luxury Land Rover vehicles Accurately complete Multi-Point Inspections at a 90%+ utilization rate Handle complex mechanical and electrical repairs Perform routine maintenance (brakes, oil changes, suspension, etc.) Follow warranty and safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized workspace Treat every customer vehicle like it’s your own - your work is part of the Land Rover experience What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a professional automotive repair facility Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality are non-negotiable Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and equipment Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record NY State Inspection License or ability to obtain within 6 months Familiarity with Microsoft products and OEM service platforms Commitment to continuous learning and manufacturer training Benefits Include: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (typically 50% less expensive than other shops) Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays Uniforms provided Short-Term & Long-Term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer contribution Annual paid OEM training off-site EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
