Job Summary

Responsible for assisting Supply Chain Lead in daily tasks such as production planning, scheduling and other task assigned.

Responsibilities

Review open customer orders and plan up materials to fill customer orders by due date Support production planning of blown lines and cast Maximize utilization of material in production Maintain min/max levels required if applicable Other clerical duties as required such as filing Cross training in other areas as required Support to the Supply Chain Lead Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Experience in production planning, preferably in extruding, slitting and/or plastic industry Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task Must possess good problem-solving skills Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and vendors Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Some experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint Must be dedicated to continuous improvement Willingness to work as team member or independently Transcendia is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all candidates for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law
