On-Call Front Desk Coverage

Summary: Front desk staff make our clients feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized. As a team member, they are responsible for participating in programming and events in order to ensure optimal performance.

Greets all members and guests to create welcoming environment Develops positive relationships with members Facility/member tours Answers incoming phone calls and provides messages or returns calls as needed Accepts member feedback and concerns professional and communicates to management Cleaning of fitness center and equipment Notifies management of equipment needs We are a fairly new facility with great equipment!

Members are very friendly and we try to create a welcoming environment for them.

Qualifications

Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
