$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
The Direct Support Facilitator acts as an important member of local the I/DD Direct Support Team by providing support in essential areas as needed to facilitate the key functions of local program services. The purpose of this role is to provide flexible support in facilitating the administrative and safety needs of the office, as well as supporting the clients of Adjoin as needed. The DSF also exemplifies Adjoin’s vision and meet standards of quality, safety, satisfaction and goals of the client to optimize quality of life and independence.
