• TRADE+ Location: Various locations Reports to: TRADEIQ Area Sales Managers Company Overview: TRADEIQ Ltd., operating under the proprietary brand TRADE+, is a technology-enabled general trade (GT) commerce and route-to-market platform serving retailers across Kenya. TRADE+ is a subsidiary of Izone Africa Ltd., focused on delivering innovative trade solutions and expanding GT coverage nationwide. Role Purpose: TRADE+ is seeking field-based Sales Representatives to drive retailer acquisition, trade development, and route-to-market coverage as part of its 2026 growth strategy. Successful candidates will be responsible for executing sales plans, achieving targets, and ensuring comprehensive market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new retailers to the TRADE+ platform. Execute trade development initiatives and maintain existing retailer relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets based on assigned tier structure. Ensure product mix execution, minimum 10 SKUs per outlet. Maintain ≥70% outlet coverage in assigned territory (~750 outlets/month).

Capture and report field data using TRADE+ technology tools (app, CRM, WhatsApp). Promote adoption of TRADE+ app and services among retailers. Generate daily orders and support order fulfillment processes.

Required Skills

& Qualifications: Proven sales experience in FMCG or GT environments (preferred) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field Proficient in using mobile apps and digital tools for sales reporting Excellent communication and organizational skills Kenyan nationality with ability to travel extensively across assigned territory Key Expectations: Meet or exceed sales and coverage targets Maintain high retailer engagement and satisfaction Timely and accurate reporting of sales and field data Compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
