Associate I - Sales Leadership

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Leadership Associate is a newly hired, leadership-track employee who completes the standard five-week PODS sales agent training and an additional leadership readiness curriculum. During the initial 60 days, the associate has no assigned direct-report sales agents. The role is designed to build firsthand selling proficiency, customer knowledge, operational judgment, and frontline coaching skills before possible placement into a Inside Sales Supervisor role overseeing approximately 15 sales agents.
