Referral Triage Specialist (Internal Position)

OneLegacy, the non-profit organ and tissue recovery organization serving the seven counties of the greater Los Angeles area, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Referral Triage Specialist in the Azusa office.

Position Description: The Referral Triage Specialist (RTS) performs the initial response to organ referrals as well as dispatches clinical and non-clinical staff on “new” and “continue to follow” referrals. The RTS will ensure consistency in referral related processes and facilitate communication, both internally and with external partners. The RTS will adhere to established policies/practices and operate in a manner consistent with a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
